Design & CAD.
Our team of qualified Hotel furniture designers are experts in offering creative and innovative solutions to a wide variety of bespoke Hotel bedroom furniture briefs. We provide our clients with an interactive design process throughout including realistic 3D visuals and material samples to help communicate our ideas and proposals.
We consider every detail during the design process; gathering a detailed brief, conducting full bedroom surveys, generating concept ideas, design development, presentations and technical manufacture drawings. Our designers are trained in Computer aided design (CAD) software to produce highly detailed and accurate manufacture drawings.
All of our Hotel bedroom furniture is designed to British Contract standard to withstand the typical rigours of the daily Hotel environment. Our Midlands based design team provide our clients with furniture solutions by communicating our innovative design solutions.
We have vast experience in designing with a large library of materials including wood veneers and timbers, melamine, feature laminates, sprayed & lacquered finishes, solid surfaces such as Corian, granites and marble; all to help you to find the perfect finish.
Materials.
We have experience in working with a vast library of materials, all of which can be specified & perfect for use in the contract Hotel sector. These materials include wood veneers and timbers, melamine faced boards, feature laminates, sprayed & lacquered finishes, solid surfaces such as Corian and stone including granite & marble to help you to find the perfect finish for your project.
All of our Hotel bedroom furniture is built using materials with durability in mind; built to British Contract standard to withstand the typical rigours of the daily Hotel environment. In turn we can provide our clients with excellent lead times, high quality control and flexibility.
All ironmongery specified by our design team is also to British Contract standard to withstand a typically heavier usage in the Hotel environment. This includes high quality soft-close drawer runners, door hinges and handles.
Material and finish samples are available on request to our clients.
Manufacture & CNC.
Our team of skilled, qualified craftspeople provide the care and attention to detail required throughout the whole manufacture process. A range of trusted traditional and modern techniques are employed to ensure only the highest quality and finish of furniture leaves our factory doors.
A wide variety of machinery is available to our skilled craftspeople, amongst which is CNC technology and machinery; controlled by computer aided manufacture (CAM) software with the ability to cut in three axis’. This helps ensure high quality and efficiency on all components.
We manufacturer Hotel furniture project quantities of all sizes, from batch to mass production, as well as one off bespoke items. All of our Hotel bedroom furniture is built to British Contract standard to withstand the typical rigours of the daily Hotel environment. Our Hotel furniture is manufactured in-house which provides our clients excellent lead times, high quality control and flexibility.
